Upcoming Event: UEGW 2026

United European Gastroenterology Week (UEGW) is a 4-day annual congress, bringing together digestive health experts from around the world to share the latest multidisciplinary research and advancements. UEGW is returning next week for 2026- taking place in Barcelona and online, from October 17 – 20. With over 118 countries represented and 12000 delegates in attendance in 2025, this penultimate event for digestive health experts continues to grow year after year.

UEGW brings together digestive health experts from around the world to share the latest multidisciplinary research and advancements, as well as facilitating the Postgraduate Teaching (PGT) programme. The UEG Week and PGT programmes deliver scientific highlights through engaging, interactive sessions, with real-time Q&A for both in-person and virtual attendees.

Organised by United European Gastroenterology (UEG)  – the leading non-profit organisation for excellence in digestive health in Europe and beyond. They aim to improve the prevention and care of digestive diseases through providing top tier education, supporting research and advancing clinical standards.
